At Raychem RPG, helping customers in managing crisis situation is vital. On one occasion, a major hospital in Pune faced problems due to very heavy rainfall. The transformer installed in the hospital basement was submerged in water due to waterlogging and the hospital’s water pumping system had failed. On receiving the emergency call, our Services Team immediately reached site, repaired the transformer and restored power in the hospital without waiting for commercials and documentation.
